Meet Brandon and Katharina

Brandon and Katharina's journey began over 10 years ago in Atlanta, where they met and quickly became partners in life and business. After a beautiful destination wedding in Mexico, their family grew with the addition of their daughter, Emmy, and son, Leo. As an active family of four, they are always on the go—whether it's swimming lessons, gymnastics, soccer, or enjoying Blue Ridge's local playgrounds and library, all while keeping up with their three rescue dogs.

Brandon, originally from Iowa, has a deep background in sports and has worked in college athletics since moving to Atlanta. Katharina, a dual citizen born and raised in Germany, brings her expertise as the Director of the German Desk for an international recruiting and consulting firm. Together, they’ve built a property management business grounded in family values and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
